Host a fundraiser at Graffiti Paintbar!
Raising money for your favorite non-profit organization is easy and fun for all when you host a fundraising event at Graffiti Paintbar. Your supporters have a blast and you could raise as much as $800 or more for your cause!
Graffiti Paintbar Fundraiser Policy:
Graffiti Paintbar is happy to host fundraisers for non-profit organizations.
Here’s how it works:
The cost for qualified, non-profit organizations to host fundraising events at Graffiti Paintbar is $29 per admission. You set the selling price for your event. Graffiti Paintbar will donate the difference between your $29 discounted admission cost and the admission price you set, to your organization. We suggest a $39 or $45 per person admission price. We have a maximum capacity of 50 seats.
You are required to guarantee a minimum of 25 sold seats. A $725 deposit is required to book your fundraiser ($29 x 25 seats). You will be refunded $29 for each seat sold up to the full amount of the deposit once 25 seats have been purchased. We suggest you book your fundraiser a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of your event in order to allow adequate time to sell at least 25 admissions so that the event is profitable for you. We will advertise your fundraiser alongside our other events on social medial outlets and in our weekly email updates. We highly recommend that you publicize your fundraiser event on social media sites as well. You will be given credit for all admission sales, regardless of how they came to sign up.
There are no physical tickets to sell. We handle all payment transactions through our online registration system. Your supporters will sign up directly at our website.
We will keep you updated as to how many have signed up. Last-minute walk-ins are welcome, however we do encourage supporters to register in advance so that we can seat groups together and prepare paints before everyone arrives.
We require proof of the organization's 501(c) tax status, and proof that you are authorized to coordinate fundraising events on behalf of the organization. (If you are not a 501c organization, talk to us as we may still be able to host your event).
Within 7 days following the event, Graffiti Paintbar will donate proceeds directly to the non-profit organization.
Presently, we allow a maximum of 2 fundraisers per month. We schedule fundraisers for Saturday or Sunday afternoons, or on Monday–Thursday evenings, providing we haven't already posted a public event to our calendar.
Painting events last approximately three hours. We are happy to help you select a painting that will appeal to a broad range of supporters.
We offer a selection of wine ($5- $8 per glass), Mimosas ($7), malt beverages ($3.50 - $5), spiked coffees ($7), coffee, tea and soft drinks in addition to our menu of hot appetizers ($6), snacks and sweet treats. Due to state laws, alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the studio.
There are no age restrictions. Kids are always welcome.
