Host a Fundraiser at Graffiti Paintbar
Raising money for your favorite non-profit organization is easy and fun for your supporters when you host a fundraising event at Graffiti Paintbar. Your supporters will have a blast and you could raise $500 or more for your cause! As the organizer for your event, your seat is FREE.
Here’s how it works:
There are no physical tickets to sell. We handle all payment transactions through our online registration system. Your supporters will sign up directly at our website.
To book a fundraiser, we require you to pay a deposit for a minimum of 15 seats at a discounted price of $29 each ( $435 is due at time of booking). You set the selling price for your event and Graffiti Paintbar will donate the difference to your organization. We suggest a $39 - $45 selling price. After your event, in addition to the mark-up profit you will realize on all seats sold, we will refund you the initial $29 deposit for each seat sold up to the maximum value of your deposit.
We have a maximum capacity of 50 seats in our main studio, and 24 in our private party room.
We suggest you book your fundraiser a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of your event in order to allow adequate time to sell at least 15 admissions so that the event is profitable for you. We will advertise your fundraiser alongside our other events on social media outlets and in our email updates. .
Last-minute walk-ins are welcome, however we do encourage supporters to register in advance so that we can seat groups together and prepare paints before everyone arrives.
After the event, Graffiti Paintbar will donate proceeds directly to the organization. You must provide us with evidence that you are authorized to collect donations for the organization you represent.
Fundraisers may be scheduled for any time we haven't already posted a public event to our calendar.
Painting events last approximately 2.5 - 3 hours. We are happy to help you select a painting that will appeal to a broad range of supporters.
We offer a selection of wine ($5.50- $8.50 per glass), Mimosas ($7.50), Beer ($3.50 - $5), spiked coffees ($7.50), coffee, tea and soft drinks in addition to our menu of hot appetizers ($6.50), snacks and sweet treats. Due to state liquor laws, any beverages must be purchased on site. No beverages of any kind may not be brought into the studio.
