SEVERE WEATHER CANCELLATIONS for ALL SESSION TYPES:
In the case of snow storms, if we are open and you can't make it to the studio, let us know at least THREE HOURS in advance via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a voucher for a future session of the same value. If we must cancel due to weather or other acts of nature, we will post a banner at the top of our website and on Facebook. We will send you a voucher for a future session of equal value.
How do I sign up?
Sign up is easy. Click to select an event on our calendar. The price for each session is posted on the calendar.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes! The first person in your party should create a seating group when signing up. A page will pop up right before the check out page that allows you to create a group that others in your party may “join” when they sign up. Our tables seat 6 and 8 guests. We try our best to seat friends together.
What if I have no art experience?
If you haven't painted since you were a kid, you're in for a treat and a night of great fun! Our expert instructors guide each class step-by-step to paint the featured painting. Regardless of your skill level when you walked through our door, at the end of the session you're going to be amazed at the painting you've created.
Are walk-ins welcome without a reservation?
Yes, definitely, but paint may sell out and we don't want you to be disappointed. We also reserve the right to cancel sessions with fewer than 6 attendees. For these reasons, we highly recommend signing up in advance, especially if you'd like to sit with friends. What time should I arrive for a session?
Check session times when registering for a class as they do change from day to day and week to week. Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to meet up with friends, find your seats, and get settled before instruction begins. Sessions last approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
What should I wear?
We use acrylic paint which is not washable. We do provide aprons, but accidents happen. We highly recommend wearing something you wouldn't mind getting paint on just in case!
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes! Wine, beer, hard cider, lemonade, wine coolers and a variety of malt beverages are available from the bar for purchase. Wine is available by the glass or bottle. We also offer a variety of delicious spiked coffees! We will ask to see your ID. Nobody under 21 years old will be served alcoholic beverages.
Is food and drink included in the admission price?
Food and drink is available at an additional cost.
What about B.Y.O.B.?
Sorry. New Hampshire State law prohibits B.Y.O.B. at establishments with liquor licenses.
What food is available?
In addition to bagged snacks, we offer a selection of hot appetizers. Our menu occasionally changes, but our typical offerings include: Popcorn Chicken, Egg Rolls, Mini Pizzas, Jalapeño Poppers, Mozzerella Sticks, Taquitos. We also serve chocolate chop cookies baked on the premises.
Can kids come to the regular sessions?
Kids are welcome to join us at our regular sessions although adult discretion is advised. We recommend ages 16+ on Friday and Saturday nights. Parents know their children best and should select painting sessions they feel will be appropriate for their child. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Our regular painting sessions are taught at an adult level, but we have found that most kids do a great job so long as it's their wish to participate and they possess the required attention span. Where should I park?
Parking in the Bank Of America parking lot behind our building is FREE on weekdays after 4pm, AFTER 12 NOON on Saturdays, and all day on Sundays and holidays. Parking in the High Street Garage right next to the bank parking lot is free after 6pm on weekdays and free all weekend. Metered garage parking during business hours is only 50 cents per hour on weekdays BEFORE 6pm.
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are available 24/7 for immediate download after purchase online, or may be purchased at the studio any time we are open. Gift certificates may only be redeemed online for admissions and are not for use at the studio. Gift certificates are non-refundable, and subject to our cancellation policy when used.
Can we host a private party or a fundraiser event at Graffiti Paintbar?

Graffiti Paintbar will NEVER share your personal information with third parties beyond what is required to process payment transactions. Your information will not be sold, traded or given to anyone else.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Credit card information is processed through a secure server, and the information is transmitted using SSL for added security. We are PCI DSS compliant.
What is your payment policy?
Seats are only guaranteed after payment had been made. If you choose not to pay online, you may visit our studio to pay in person anytime that we are conducting a paint session. Private events must be paid in advance.
What are your terms and conditions?
Graffiti Paintbar reserves the right to cancel classes having fewer than 6 reservations, or for unforeseen circumstances. In the case of cancellations due to too few reservations, we will make our best effort to notify registrants of cancellations 6 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed. In the case of cancellations on our part due to unforeseen circumstance, we will give as much notice as possible and vouchers will sent for make-up sessions. All payments are due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via our secure website, or in person. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Electronic gift certificates and coupons with redemption codes may be redeemed through our online reservation system. email@example.com / 603.589.9948.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
For Public Session Admissions:
If you cancel 48 hours or more before the start of a the session, a full refund will be issued.*
If you cancel more than 24 - hours before the start of the session, a store credit will be issued to attend a future session of equal or less value, to be used within 90 days.*
If you cancel 3 to 24 hours before the start of the session, a 50% off voucher code will be emailed to you which will be valid for 90-days.*
If you cancel less than 3-hours before the start of a session, or fail to show without giving us advance notice, NO Refunds or credits will be issued.
In fairness to all, we will not make exceptions to these Rules
For Kids' Art Camp:
A 10% administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
If canceled 2 to 3 weeks prior to camp, you will receive 50% of the camp price.
If canceled less than 2 weeks prior to camp, no refund will be given.
*If you purchased a third-party voucher (Groupon, Living Social, Couptopia, etc.) you may have agreed to different terms. Under no circumstances will we issue cash refunds for third party vouchers.
